Why Use Coconut Aminos?

Traditional teriyaki sauce is made with soy sauce, which contains soy and often gluten. Coconut aminos gives this sauce a rich, savory flavor while keeping it soy free and gluten free. It is a staple ingredient in our kitchen .

If soy is not a concern for your family, you can substitute gluten free tamari.

Ways to Use This Sauce

  • Marinate chicken, beef, pork, salmon, or tofu.
  • Toss with cooked vegetables for an easy side dish.
  • Stir into chicken and vegetables, bake, and serve over rice for an easy weeknight meal.
  • Use it as a stir fry sauce.
