- ½ cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1½ teaspoons arrowroot starch
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the arrowroot starch and water until smooth.
- Add the arrowroot mixture and the remaining ingredients to a small saucepan. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Boil for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce is thick and bubbly.
- Remove pan from heat. The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
