I’ve been eating gluten free for about twelve years, and during that time the availability and quality of gluten free foods has come a long way. One thing that still limits my options though, is that gluten free alone is not enough for our family. The foods we bring into our kitchen also have to be safe for my kids who manage mustard, dairy, sesame, tree nut, and peanut allergies. That extra layer makes finding truly usable products much harder, and it is why I am so happy when I find a delicious gluten free product that is also free of many other allergens.

Below are my absolute favorite gluten free products that, at the time of writing, are also free from mustard, dairy, sesame, peanuts, and tree nuts. These are products we actually use, rely on, and serve to our kids.
As always, double check labels before serving. Manufacturers, formulations, and facilities can change.

Red Plate Foods Granola
I was so happy when we found this delicious unicorn. Not only gluten free, but also free of the top nine allergens and mustard. We love Red Plate Foods products.

King Arthur Measure For Measure Gluten Free Flour
The best gluten free flour we have tried. Swap it out for regular flour in cakes, muffins, cookies, and gravy, and you cannot tell it is gluten free. The texture is excellent.

Jovial Gluten Free Pasta
We have tried all the gluten free pasta, and this one is the best. They have a wide variety of shapes, and this brand holds up the best in terms of texture when you reheat leftovers. Tinkyada brand is also delicious when first cooked, but drier the second day. I also really appreciate the allergen transparency on the Jovial website for the other food allergies we manage.

Wholly Gluten Free Pie Crust
A huge time saver. Comes in a two pack, and the crust also works well rolled out for pie tops, lattice, tarts, you name it. I use it in my Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie. There are great ideas and how to videos on their website as well.

King Arthur Gluten Free Cake Mix
Once I found this, I stopped making gluten free cakes and cupcakes from scratch. Far better than any of the other gluten free cake mixes I’ve tried. They come in chocolate and vanilla, and we use the vanilla as a base for carrot cake as well as our favorite Chocolate Filled Crumb Cake.

Flax For Life Brownies
So tasty and great for classrooms or any occasion where you need to bring a treat to share. If you put these on your own serving tray, no one would guess they are gluten free.

Partake Cinnamon Graham Crackers
The perfect size for smores with amazing flavor. A little different in size and flavor from traditional graham crackers, but better in my opinion.

Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
Thin and crispy, and our go to for easy homemade pizza.

King Arthur Gluten Free Pancake Mix
My kids love these pancakes. We use oat milk to make them dairy free as well.

Reelie Crackers
Formerly Artisan Tropic and recently rebranded as Reelie, these are the perfect crackers to have plain or with a dip or spread. They have a variety of flavors, and all are delicious with full ingredient transparency.
Eating gluten free with multiple food allergies to manage can feel overwhelming and I’m thankful that today there are products like these out there. They make everyday meals, baking, and celebrations taste delicious and feel a lot less stressful.
These are the gluten free brands I keep going back to, and I hope this list helps make your grocery trips a little easier too.
